MNT-Halan is looking for a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Intern to support the Finance team.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collect, organize, and validate financial and operational data.
- Monitor service levels, productivity, and operational efficiency indicators.
- Support variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance
- Help track actual performance against budgets and forecasts
What We're Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting concepts.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus.
- Previous coursework, projects, or internship experience in finance or accounting is preferred.
