Financial Manager: Agri Credit Solutions

Agri Credit Solutions is looking for a Financial Manager to oversee overall financial management, credit administration (excluding credit sanctioning), and operational controls while developing and implementing financial strategies that support the sustainable growth and long-term success of the unit.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategy.
• Risk management and compliance.
• Financial management and reporting.
• Structural development within the financial framework.
• Employee development and management.

Qualifications and experience: Relevant B-degree in Finance with completed SAICA/SAIPA articles or completed CIMA qualification. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.

Skills: Financial management and reporting. Risk management. Budgeting and forecasting. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Coaching and employee development.
