POSITION INFO:
Join a well-established property group with a strong presence across commercial and retail assets. This role sits at the centre of operations, partnering with leadership to drive financial performance, efficiency, and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full finance function across the property portfolio
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Oversee monthly management accounts and reporting packs
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimisation
- Analyse property performance and profitability
- Lead audit processes and ensure compliance
- Partner with property and asset management teams
- Manage and develop a small finance team
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6–8+ years’ experience in property or asset-intensive environments
- Strong commercial and operational finance experience
- Proven leadership and team management ability
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability
