We are partnering with a well-established and growing organisation within the logistics sector, seeking an experienced Financial Director to join their senior leadership team in Johannesburg.
This is a strategic role suited to a commercially astute finance professional who can drive financial performance, lead high-performing team and partner closely with operational leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full financial function, including reporting, compliance and governance
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decision-making
- Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risk
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Partner with executive leadership to support long-term business strategy
Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience
- Proven experience within the logistics or supply chain industry
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment will be advantageous
