Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses related to small business and accounting queries.
- Assess model outputs for correctness, completeness, relevance, and reasoning.
- Review AI responses for financial workflows such as reporting, reconciliations, compliance checks, and audit-related tasks.
- Identify responses that contain incorrect assumptions, incomplete explanations, or improper financial reasoning.
- Determine when additional clarification or context is required in financial responses.
- Apply structured evaluation guidelines and scoring rubrics consistently.
- Participate in calibration sessions and provide feedback to improve evaluation standards.
- Flag recurring model errors or patterns that affect reliability in accounting tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, Auditing, or Financial Consulting.
- Active QuickBooks Online (QBO) user with experience in accounting workflows.
- Strong understanding of small business operations, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Ability to interpret financial or business context questions accurately.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when evaluating responses.
- Excellent written English and ability to provide structured feedback.
- Experience in QA, content evaluation, audit, compliance, or similar review roles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.
