Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified financial lead to oversee the accuracy, integrity, and development of all financial statements and financial indicators. The role requires strong analytical expertise, deep understanding of financial standards, and the ability to lead financial quality control and development initiatives while communicating effectively with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate all financial statements and financial indicators, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and prepare periodic reports based on findings.
- Review all existing financial templates currently in use and develop a structured enhancement plan, providing professional recommendations for modifications and updates in line with internationally recognized financial standards.
- Review all financial indicators and verify their accuracy by auditing all related equations and calculation methodologies.
- Prepare and submit detailed analytical reports outlining identified issues, root causes, and proposed corrective actions.
- Document all improvement recommendations and development initiatives in comprehensive CR (Change Request) reports for the end-to-end enhancement of financial statements and financial indicators.
- Review all financial line items and inputs, assessing their impact on the accuracy and reliability of financial indicator calculations.
- Develop and implement internal financial policies and procedures for the team in alignment with management directives and client requirements.
- Attend all relevant internal team meetings and client meetings, providing financial expertise and insights.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, and financial controls.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial ratios, and performance indicators.
- Hands-on experience in reviewing financial models, equations, and calculation methodologies.
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy and quality standards.
