Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage an existing business portfolio
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Service clients regarding new business, claims, and policy amendments
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to enhance clients’ financial wellness
- Ensure full compliance with FAIS requirements and maintain accurate Advice Records
- Set ambitious targets and operate in a self-driven, entrepreneurial manner
Minimum Requirements
- NQF Level 5 in Wealth Management (or equivalent/higher qualification)
- RE5 qualification (essential)
- Minimum 3 years’ industry experience
- Strong administrative and systems capabilities (database-oriented environments)
- Proficiency in MS Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
