Title: Financial Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities
· Manage employee expense reimbursement, including expense verification, payment and accounting treatment, to ensure reasonable and compliant expenses as well as accurate and standardized accounting.
· Manage and account for bank receipts and payments, perform payment collection and clearing, and be familiar with foreign exchange receipt and payment procedures.
· Verify and conduct accounting treatment for the addition and depreciation of fixed assets and right-of-use assets.
· Perform accounting treatment for inventory-related procurement and sales activities, including inventory purchase cost calculation, allocation, requisition and delivery.
· Undertake daily bookkeeping and prepare financial statements including monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
· Conduct regular account reconciliations with suppliers and customers to ensure the accuracy of current accounts.
· Be familiar with tax policies in South Africa, calculate and declare various taxes (VAT, income tax), conduct tax planning, and maintain good relations with local tax authorities.
· Be responsible for the company’s annual and ad-hoc audit work.
· Perform other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related fields, with at least 2 years of working experience in Angola.
· Proficient in professional knowledge of finance and accounting, familiar with various financial regulations, tax policies and accounting standards in Angola.
· Possess good professional ethics, be conscientious, meticulous and honest; have strong execution and judgment skills, as well as good communication and coordination capabilities.
· Familiar with SAP accounting software, and proficient in office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Language Requirements: Portuguese + English / Chinese
