Your Outputs (include but are not limited to):
Assist with the implementation and running of IRFS

Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
Monitor and track receipts against arrear premiums
Prepare arrear letters, AOD’s, and repayment schedules
Identify areas of improvement in the collection process
Ensure that outstanding debtor balances are maintained at acceptable levels
Liaising with legal regarding AOD collections and funeral balances
Month-end requirements, but not limited to
Full tax function for the company, including annual returns
Assist with the preparation of the financial statements for the individual entities in the company
Assist with internal and external audit requirements
Assist with general accounting and reconciliations
Stay abreast of financial standards and regulations impacting the financials, analyse their impact, and assist with facilitating the implementation thereof

Good time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
Self-driven with a “Make it happen” attitude
Your Qualifications and experience:
Knowledge of the insurance industry is advantageous but not essential
