About Prime Circle Finance
Prime Circle Finance is building the financial infrastructure powering the next generation of commerce across Africa through digital assets, cross-border payments, treasury infrastructure, embedded finance and lending.
The Opportunity
This is not a bookkeeping role. You will own the finance function across multiple African entities, including accounting, treasury operations, tax, statutory compliance and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end bookkeeping across group entities
- Monthly management accounts
- Treasury reconciliations and OTC trade booking
- Cash flow and liquidity reporting
- SARS (VAT, PAYE, income tax, EMP201/501)
- Audit preparation and liaison with external accountants
- Budgets, forecasts and reporting packs
- Multi-entity consolidations
Requirements
- BCom Accounting or similar
- 3–6 years’ experience
- Xero or similar ERP
- Strong Excel
- Startup mindset with high ownership.
Based in Cape Town. This is not a remote job.
