We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a strong background in the petrochemical industry to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, control, and organize the accounting system, ensuring accurate financial reporting to local and HQ management as well as relevant external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and monitoring of short- and long-term financial performance to support business objectives.
  • Lead the budgeting process, aligning financial plans with strategic goals, and continuously monitor performance to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, cash flow, and other current assets, ensuring efficient funding and payment processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchasing and payment transactions (e.g., purchase orders, travel reimbursements) in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and objectives, including short- and long-term planning initiatives.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with tax filings and payments and manage relationships with tax authorities.
  • Develop and continuously monitor the financial risk management framework for the organization.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, vendors, and stakeholders, providing required documentation and support during audits.
  • Manage financial risks related to tax audits and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 12 to 18 years of experience in Finance roles within the petrochemical industry.
  • Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in handling taxation, audits, and financial risk management.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
