Key Responsibilities:

– Support the Finance Manager in overseeing daily financial operations and controls

– Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to support strategic decisions

– Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities

– Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls

– Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes

– Supervise and guide finance team members to ensure performance alignment

– Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies

– Provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance and cost efficiency

Requirements:

– Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

– Strong financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting capabilities

– Solid understanding of financial compliance and audit processes

– Cash flow management expertise

– Leadership and team supervision skills

– Credit course certification is mandatory

– Preference for candidates with CIB credit course certification

– Background in the finance sector is highly preferred

– Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

– High attention to detail and accuracy

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
