SUMMARY:
Are you a highly organised finance professional who enjoys combining numbers, people, and office operations? This is a handsâon role for a detailâdriven individual who thrives in a busy, multiâfunctional environment.
This role blends finance administration, office management, and personnel administration, supporting both the Finance function and the smooth running of the office. You will work closely with senior leadership while taking ownership of dayâtoâday operational and financial processes.
POSITION INFO:
Finance & Reporting:
Assist with preparation of management accounts
Perform reconciliations (bank, creditors, debtors, and general accounts)
Generate customer invoices and process supplier invoices
Process supplier payments
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
Support management and compliance reporting
Office Management & Administration:
Oversee daily office and facilities management
Manage office supplies, suppliers, and vendor relationships
Coordinate office events, team functions, and staff activities
Maintain and update the fixed asset register
Schedule meetings and liaise with external stakeholders
Resolve general office operational issues
Staff & Personnel Administration:
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
Support HR and personnel administrative processes
Compliance & Safety:
Support legal and regulatory compliance related to office operations
Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained
Prepare information for audits and compliance reviews
Skills & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting (preferred)
Proven experience in finance, administration, or office management
Strong Working Knowledge Of Xero Accounting Software (essential)
Solid understanding of reconciliations and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong financial and administrative capability
Excellent organisational and timeâmanagement skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
