My client is looking for an Admin Clerk in their finance team.

Year to year entry level role.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining company Purchase order processing systems
  • Verifying and uploading of supplier invoices
  • Maintaining and follow through of payment processes
  • Monitor admin accounts and ensure payments are made and valid
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Respond to payment enquiries
  • Liaises with internal departments
  • Preparing of monthly financial reports
  • Preparing monthly budgets
  • Validating services and payments based on contracts and requests

Relevant Tertiary Qualification
