Responsibilities
- Maintaining company Purchase order processing systems
- Verifying and uploading of supplier invoices
- Maintaining and follow through of payment processes
- Monitor admin accounts and ensure payments are made and valid
- Liaise with suppliers
- Respond to payment enquiries
- Liaises with internal departments
- Preparing of monthly financial reports
- Preparing monthly budgets
- Validating services and payments based on contracts and requests

Relevant Tertiary Qualification
