This is not a traditional outsourcing role. You will operate as a direct finance partner embedded within US companies at the forefront of growth.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Finance Accountant to own month-end close and financial reporting for US-based clients. You will work directly with US Controllers and founders in lean, fast-moving environments where accounting accuracy and process thinking genuinely influence business outcomes.

What You Will Own :
- Lead full month-end close under US GAAP
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger accuracy
- Produce financial statements and reporting schedules
- Support audit preparation
- Collaborate directly with US stakeholders
- Identify and improve accounting processes
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of accounting experience with exposure to US GAAP
- Strong understanding of month-end close processes
- Experience working in SME or fast-paced business environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with partial US time zone overlap
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with ownership
