Role Description
This is a volunteer, remote role for a Field Volunteer. The Field Volunteer will collaborate with community stakeholders, assist in implementing community programs, and support data collection efforts. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with local communities, gathering feedback, supporting event planning, and contributing to program documentation. Volunteers will also provide logistical support to ensure the smooth execution of ongoing initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful societal change while working in a flexible remote environment.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with individuals and communities effectively
- Experience in community engagement, outreach, or volunteer work in underserved areas
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to support program planning and execution
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including record-keeping and report writing
- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse cultural and social environments
- A commitment to the mission and values of ICEI
- Previous experience in nonprofit initiatives or humanitarian efforts is a plus
- Comfortable using digital tools to support remote communications and reporting
