Royal Refresh is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment in our customer locations. This position will also perform the duties of a route driver as needed.

Schedule
Monday- Friday, daytime shift. Must be able to work overtime as needed
Job Responsibilities
- Install, relocate, upgrade, and remove micro market equipment, including kiosks, security cameras, beverage coolers, coffee machines, shelving, and displays
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues in the field, including kiosks, beverage coolers, water systems, coffee machines and related equipment
- Maintain inventory at the warehouse for micro market and office coffee equipment and parts
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Conduct equipment audits and account inspections to ensure company standards are maintained
- Complete service reports, send photos and communicate findings to the Operations Team
- Handle calls from route drivers regarding equipment malfunctions
- Fill in for route drivers as needed, including delivering products, stocking micro markets, and performing inventory counts.
- Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have experience solving tech related issues
- Mechanical aptitude including hand and power tool usage experience
- Ability to maintain composure and handle frequent change or unexpected disruptions
- Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills
- Must have and maintain a good MVR and a valid driver’s license
- Be able to perform heavy lifting up to 100lbs and move equipment safely
