Field Service Technician/Installer – Bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese/English – Remote in NYC Area Jobs in Brooklyn, NY at Caring24 Technologies
Rapidly growing medical device company seeking bilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese/English) individual to provide exceptional service in the delivery of plug and play home medical equipment.
Duties
- Perform installations, updgrades and removals of "plug and play" medical products at customer homes in Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, deliveries, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and effective communication between office and field activities.
- Demonstrate and maintain a reliable, professional and caring demeanor, sensitivity to the needs of seniors/disabled individuals, ability to access power outlets/phone lines which may be behind furniture, walk up flights of stairs as required, basic computer literacy.
- Valid driver’s license/insurance is necessary; own transportation is required.
- Satisfactory background check required.
- No technical certification required.
Reliable transportation is needed; mileage reimbursement provided. Work days generally M-F. Paid training. Benefits.
Experience in installation, medical equipment delivery, medical alert, healthcare or customer service appreciated.
