Purpose of the job:
To provide onsite installation and maintenance of the Vexall Service to all customers
Key outputs:
· Ensuring the delivery of quality client service and continuously ensuring the agreed upon Customer SLA are met.
· Providing an onsite service to our customers and ensuring constant improvement in the quality and efficiency.
· Establishing good working relations with our customers.
· Ensuring high level of co-operation with other Vexall departments to achieve client satisfaction and business growth.
· Providing presales assistance to the sales team.
· Ensuring the provision of the right platform configuration to client requirements.
Skills required & Job Specifics Requirements:
· 2+ years previous on-site experience in Retail/Pharmacy environment.
· Windows/Linux experience
· Grade 12 certificate
· A+ and N+ Certification
· MCP or MCSE Certification
· Networking experience
· Understanding of PC Hardware set up and configuration
· Own vehicle (Fuel reimbursed according to internal policy
· Requires flexibility to work long hours or after hours when needed
