We're early, we move fast, and the field team is how we win. You'd be on the ground in Yaba signing up the businesses that make the marketplace real.
The Role
This is a field job, not a desk job. You'll walk into shops and salons across Yaba, Akoka, and Bariga, explain TrustAm to owners, and sign them up on the spot. You close, you onboard, you move to the next street.
You report to the Field Ops Manager. Pay is base plus commission, so the more providers you activate, the more you earn.
What you'll do
- Go door to door to barbershops, salons, tailors, and other service businesses in Yaba and nearby areas
- Pitch TrustAm to owners and get them signed up the same day
- Walk new providers through setup so they're ready to take their first booking
- Hit weekly activation targets (a provider counts once they complete a real paid transaction, not just a signup)
- Report what you're hearing on the ground back to the team
What we're looking for
- You're comfortable approaching strangers and selling face to face
- You know Yaba and can move around it easily
- You're hungry, self-driven, and want your pay to reflect your hustle
- You can explain a product simply to a shop owner who's busy
- Sales or field experience is a plus, but drive matters more than a CV
Pay
- Base salary plus commission per activated provider
