About the Role
Cleaning Pros of America inc is looking for a Field Operations Supervisor who leads by example. We aren’t looking for someone to just "check a box"—we need a high-standard leader to oversee our specialized service crews across Sarasota and Manatee counties.
You will be the primary authority in the field for our Post-Construction Cleaning, Model Home Maintenance, Pressure Washing, and Floor Care divisions. Your mission is to ensure every job is completed on time, safely, and to a "white-glove" standard that keeps our builders and commercial clients coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Elite Quality Control: Conduct rigorous final inspections for Model Homes and Post-Construction sites. You are the safeguard that ensures our work is flawless before the client walk-through.
- Crew Leadership: Manage and mentor field teams. You are responsible for their daily performance, safety, and ensuring they have the leadership they need to succeed.
- Builder & Client Liaison: Meet on-site with Site Superintendents and Property Managers. You will be the professional face of the company, handling walk-throughs and resolving on-site requests in real-time.
- Mobile Administration: Use a company-provided laptop/tablet to handle job documentation, site photos, and coordination with the Dispatcher while on the move.
- Operational Readiness: Ensure crews are properly equipped and trained on technical protocols for pressure washing and specialized floor care.
Qualifications
- Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing field crews (Construction, Trades, or Restoration experience is highly preferred).
- High Standards: You have a natural eye for detail and a "refuse to lose" attitude when it comes to quality.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting, email, and scheduling apps.
- Driving: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for travel between job sites.
- Communication: Ability to give clear direction to crews and provide professional updates to high-level clients.
Benefits & Compensation
- Pay: $19-23 Per Hour

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
