Title: Field Maintenance Engineer (1 year experience)

* Key Accountabilities:
1- Act and provide required support for AMI projects on O&M phase.
2- Communicate and support the utility sector customer on the assigned project to solve all technical issues faced and support to open channel with other entities.
3- Communicate and support the Private sector customers on any required troubleshooting and commissioning.
4- Perform required sites visit to provide field technical support.
5- Solve all technical issues on level 2 scope on time.
6- Escalating any issue related to Level 3 scope to the concerned team and refer to the customer by solution.
7- Guarantee best customer satisfaction level.
8- Hold a regular field visit to customers’ location to discuss and solve any in progress issues.
9- Responsible for day-to-day update and reporting to Field Maintenance Section Head.
* Qualification & Education:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Cairo Residents.
– Fresh Graduates can apply.
– Language: English: Excellent.
- Arabic: Mother Tongue.
– Computer skills: Excellent.
* Technical competencies:
– Excellent knowledge of Electrical Basics, AMI Fundamentals, Low & Medium Voltage Connection, CT/VT, 3PH Sequence.
