CORE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Our client is seeking a strong Retail Layout Artist / Field DTP Operator to be based on-site at their offices in La Lucia. You would need to ensure artwork is visually appealing, aligned with brand specifications, and print-ready according to technical and client briefing requirements.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Ensure high accuracy in all artwork produced

  • Meet turnaround times for proofs and delivery to clients

  • Maintain and uphold the client’s brand integrity at all times

  • Follow client and management instructions to exceed expectations

  • Analyse, identify, and communicate potential print issues to the technical team or repro supervisor

  • Deliver excellent customer service standards

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in DTP

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in DTP design/layout

  • Solid understanding of the printing industry

  • Strong retail leaflet layout experience (essential)

  • Proficient on Apple Mac platform

  • Working knowledge of DTP software packages
