FICO SAP S4 Hana Consultant

We are seeking an experienced FICO SAP S4 Hana Consultant (not lower than K4)to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FICO, with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting financial and controlling processes within the SAP S4 Hana System. This role requires both technical SAP knowledge and strong finance/business acumen, enabling the successful delivery of SAP solutions that enhance financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and maintain SAP FICO processes aligned with the SAP S4 Hana System.
• Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design SAP solutions.
• Ensure integration between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD) or external systems.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for FICO users and end-to-end processes.
• Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities.
• Conduct end-user training and create process documentation.
• Monitor and enforce SAP compliance and internal controls in financial processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP FICO certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience working as an SAP FICO Consultant, ideally with exposure to K4 or similar SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, management accounting, and controlling processes.
• Knowledge of SAP integration points with MM, SD, or external systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical SAP concepts into business terms.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with SAP S4 Hana FICO, MM and SD an advantage
• Experience in process improvement or automation within financial systems.
