Fermentation Supervisor- Candidate will be responsible for the operation of fermentation plant and utilities, ensuring
adherence to the fermentation plan, productivity and quality requirements. Please note this is a very fast paced environment. Candidates with experience from the sugar, alcohol and yeast environment will be well suited, if they have production and food processing experience.
Execute plant procedures to meet productivity, efficiency, food safety & quality targets. This will require continuous monitoring of plant parameters, reviewing of analytical results & taking
corrective action.
Liaise and coordinate maintenance activities on utilities and fermentation plan with the Maintenance and Project Managers.
Explicit understanding of plant unit operations.
Good understanding of fermentation technology.
Updating production schedule or plan to ensure weekly production target is met.
Conduct weekly stock take.
Confirm WH stock take variance

BSc or MTech Chemical Engineering / Biotechnology Essential and non-negotiable
Min 5 in Fermentation plant operations and 2 years Supervisory
