BILINGUAL CAR WASH TECHNICIAN –AND TEAM LEASDER NOW HIRING
Mr. Splash USA is looking for energetic and motivated team members who want to grow with our company.
This is not just a regular car wash position — we are looking for people with strong customer service skills, positive energy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while helping increase sales and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Wash and detail vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help maintain quality and cleanliness standards
- Support daily operations and team goals
- Assist customers and recommend services when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
- Experience in car wash, detailing, cleaning, or similar work
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
- Sales mindset and positive attitude are a big plus

Responsabilidades:
- Lavar y detallar vehículos
- Brindar excelente servicio al cliente
- Mantener estándares de calidad y limpieza
- Apoyar las operaciones diarias y metas del equipo
- Asistir a clientes y recomendar servicios cuando sea necesario
Requisitos:
- Inglés y español preferido
- Experiencia en car wash, detailing, limpieza o trabajos similares
- Buena comunicación y actitud profesional
- Responsable y trabajador(a)
- Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre y en un ambiente rápido
- Mentalidad de ventas y actitud positiva son un plus
