SUMMARY:
Our client, dealing within the FMCG/Agricultural Sector is seeking a Feedlot Manager to take full responsibility for the performance, health, and operational efficiency of their feedlot. Based in Delmas, Mpumalanga.
POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Veterinary Degree: BVSc, DVM, or equivalent (Strongly preferred).
- Experience: 5 – 8 years in feedlot management of large-scale livestock operations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cattle health, nutrition, and feedlot systems.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and operations at scale.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
- Communications Skills: Strong interpersonal and reporting capabilities.
- Problem-Solving – Ability to make strategic and operational decisions under pressure.
