Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with feed companies, feed additive manufacturers, distributors, and industry partners.
2. Conduct market research and investigations to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
3. Gather, analyze, and report market intelligence related to feed additives and animal nutrition.
4. Visit customers and business partners regularly to strengthen relationships and explore business opportunities.
5. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings.
6. Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on market findings and business opportunities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and strategic growth initiatives.
8. Work independently to identify and pursue opportunities within the feed additives market.
9. Travel frequently to conduct market investigations, customer visits, and business development activities.
10. Contribute proactively to achieving the company's business objectives and long-term growth strategy.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in animal science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the feed additives, animal nutrition, feed manufacturing, or related agricultural industry.
• Experience working with feed additive companies is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of feed additives and their applications in animal nutrition.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish and maintain partnerships with feed companies and feed additive suppliers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using computers and standard business software, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for business and market investigation activities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
• Strong ambition, positive attitude, and a desire to achieve success and contribute to the company's growth
