At V-ALUE, we build investor-grade feasibility studies for clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, and Africa — spanning agriculture, real estate, industrial, and technology projects. As we grow, we're looking for a Financial Analyst to take ownership of the financial modeling and analysis that sits at the heart of every study.

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build complete, formula-driven financial models in Excel
  • Structure project costs — both fixed and variable (salaries, rent, marketing, operating costs, raw materials, shipping & customs)
  • Define capital structure, founding-period costs, financing/loan schedules, and reserves
  • Calculate revenues based on production capacity and pricing strategy
  • Prepare estimated budgets and the three core financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

  • Run the full investment evaluation — NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback Period, Break-even, Profitability Index, and Sensitivity Analysis
  • Review and verify every figure before delivery (accuracy is non-negotiable)

👤 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're open to two profiles:

Profile A — High-Potential Analyst

An early-career analyst (0–2 years) with a solid grasp of financial concepts and Excel, a sharp eye for detail, and the drive to learn fast. We'll train you on our full methodology.

Profile B — Experienced Analyst

Someone who has already worked hands-on in financial analysis or modeling for feasibility studies and can run independently from day one.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong command of Excel and financial modeling fundamentals
  • Clear understanding of fixed vs. variable costs, depreciation, and financial statements
  • Familiarity with investment indicators (NPV, IRR, payback, break-even)
  • Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail
  • Solid research skills for sourcing accurate cost and market data
  • Good English (our studies span multiple markets and currencies)

PREFERRED

  • Training or certification in financial modeling is a plus
  • Exposure to feasibility-study workflows and financial reporting standards
