Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and driven Food and Beverage Manager for a luxury hotel based in Hermanus. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic hospitality professional to oversee and elevate the full food and beverage offering within a refined environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all food and beverage operations across the property
• Lead, manage and develop the F&B team to ensure exceptional service standards
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining strict cost control measures
• Manage stock control, procurement and supplier relationships
• Ensure consistent quality of food, beverage and service delivery
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance
• Implement and maintain health, safety and hygiene standards
• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure prompt resolution of any concerns
• Work closely with the executive team to enhance the overall guest experience
• Previous experience as an F&B Manager within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a strong guest-focused approach
