Minimum Requirements
- Agriculture Diploma/Degree
- Previous experience with flower farming
- Experience of growing in greenhouses and with knowledge of fertigation systems will be preferred.
- Good planning skills and the ability to work with workers is important
- Computer literate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong management skills
- Valid driver’s license
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- General farm management
- Admin
- Responsible for production, labour and growing
- Water management, fertilizer & pest control
