POSITION INFO:
- Oversee full day-to-day management of the farm
- Manage and optimise apple and pear production cycles
- Lead, mentor, and manage on-site farm staff
- Implement and maintain best agricultural practices
- Monitor crop health, irrigation, pruning, and harvesting processes
- Ensure efficient use of resources, equipment, and inputs
