We are seeking an entry level General Purpose worker to join our growing production team. If you take pride in craftsmanship, thrive in a hands-on environment, and bring solid fabrication experience to the floor — we want to hear from you.
We have been manufacturing custom equipment for the finishing industry for over 35 years. Our team is the backbone of everything we build, and we take quality seriously at every stage of production.
SCHEDULE
- Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Some overtime on Fridays as needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble industrial washers and ovens per production specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Take accurate measurements using precision measuring tools
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area at all times
- Follow quality standards and production procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a factory or fabrication environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency with hand tools and standard measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
- English speaking preferred
PREFERRED SKILLS (A PLUS)
- Sheet metal forming and fabrication experience
- Experience with press brake operation grinding welds, or operating laser equipment
