What We're Looking For:
✅ 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
✅ Proven experience in Plastic Manufacturing, Packaging, FMCG, or related industries
✅ Strong leadership and people management skills
✅ Solid knowledge of production planning, quality control, maintenance, and HSE standards
✅ Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✅ Good command of English (written and spoken) is a must
✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
✅ Candidates based in Cairo are highly preferred
What You'll Do:
🔹 Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure maximum productivity
🔹 Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives
🔹 Lead and mentor production, maintenance, and quality teams
🔹 Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures
🔹 Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency
🔹 Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and customer satisfaction
