Factory Administrative Coordinator – KZN Jobs in Ballito at royal tombstones
This is not a basic admin position.
We are looking for a highly organised, assertive individual to manage factory scheduling, shop communication, and order flow. This role is critical to ensuring installations happen on time and customers receive a professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily installation schedules
Communicate with shops regarding:
Installation dates
Delays
Issues
Handle incoming admin queries from shops and clients
Conduct client confirmation calls before.
Track orders from placement to installation
Identify and resolve admin issues before they impact operations
Maintain accurate filing and documentation
Minimum Requirements
2+ years administrative experience
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate (Excel, email systems)
Advantage:
Experience in logistics, scheduling, or manufacturing environments
