Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility MEP Engineer based in Egypt. The Facility MEP Engineer will oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance. Responsibilities include managing building services, supervising plumbing and electrical systems, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with relevant teams and contractors to uphold optimal facility functionality.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and MEP coordination
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Building Services
- Proficiency in Plumbing systems and their maintenance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting system issues
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for building services
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field
- Prior experience in facilities management or MEP engineering is advantageous
