What You’ll Gain

What You’ll Do
- Support daily operation and maintenance activities across clinics
- Assist in facility inspections and reporting technical issues
- Follow up on maintenance requests and vendor activities
- Support preventive maintenance and corrective works
- Help prepare reports, logs, and basic performance tracking
- Participate in facility improvement and sustainability initiatives
- Contribute to ensuring a safe and high-quality healthcare environment
Who We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field
- Passion for facility management, healthcare operations, or building systems
- Basic understanding of MEP systems (academic knowledge is enough!)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD/CAFM is a plus)
