*Key Responsibilities*
– Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of the Bank's facilities and equipment.
– Oversee electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, generator, and utility systems.
– Supervise maintenance personnel, contractors, and service providers.
– Develop and monitor maintenance schedules, budgets, and asset registers.
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
– Coordinate repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
– Monitor maintenance inventory, spare parts, and equipment records.
– Drive energy efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
– Prepare maintenance reports and track key performance indicators.
*Requirements*
– Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
– Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in facilities or maintenance management.
– At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
– Experience in the banking, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, commercial real estate, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
– Professional certification in Facilities Management or Engineering and membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., COREN, NSE, IFMA) are advantageous.
– Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.
