They are looking to appoint a Facilities Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal operational performance across all assets. This includes overseeing maintenance, managing contractors and service providers, handling tenant queries, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation including OH&S requirements. The role will also involve budget preparation and control, managing service level agreements, overseeing inspections, coordinating tenant installations, and driving proactive maintenance strategies. You will be responsible for leading on supplier procurement processes, managing insurance claims, and working closely with internal stakeholders across leasing, asset management, and acquisitions to support portfolio growth and performance. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-site facilities or property operations management, with demonstrable experience managing teams, contractors, and complex portfolios. A stable career history will be highly regarded, along with strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and reporting processes effectively. Experience working on MRI/MDA systems will be advantageous.
