We’re looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and operational efficiency of our stores, warehouses, and offices across the country.

What You’ll Do

As the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, you’ll:

  • Oversee all maintenance and repair work across our national retail and warehouse network.
  • Manage contractors, service providers, and facilities budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement maintenance plans, schedules, and audits to optimise efficiency.
  • Lead refurbishment and improvement projects across branches.
  • Support warehouse and DC facilities management.
  • Drive cost control, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee cleaning, pest control, security, and waste management services.
  • Compile and present maintenance reports, KPIs, and compliance updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Maintenance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in facilities and maintenance, ideally in a distribution or retail environment.
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, ERP/WMS.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Proven budget management and cost control experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel nationally between branches and suppliers.
