Decofurn Furniture is one of South Africa’s fastest-growing furniture retailers, with 11+ stores nationwide and a strong online presence. We’re looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and operational efficiency of our stores, warehouses, and offices across the country.

What You’ll Do
As the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, you’ll:
- Oversee all maintenance and repair work across our national retail and warehouse network.
- Manage contractors, service providers, and facilities budgets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement maintenance plans, schedules, and audits to optimise efficiency.
- Lead refurbishment and improvement projects across branches.
- Support warehouse and DC facilities management.
- Drive cost control, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee cleaning, pest control, security, and waste management services.
- Compile and present maintenance reports, KPIs, and compliance updates.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Maintenance, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in facilities and maintenance, ideally in a distribution or retail environment.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, ERP/WMS.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Proven budget management and cost control experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel nationally between branches and suppliers.
