About The Job
The Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the general building maintenance and repairs of facilities, machinery, production equipment and maintaining 3rd party suppliers. Responsible for running the planned maintenance schedule and ensuring such is executed.
About You
- Must have the ability to adopt practical approaches

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal driven and Service Delivery should be your passion
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with English the main medium of communication and other South African an added advantage.
- Must show commitment – the position requires flexibility and after-hours availability when required
- Must be able to work well under pressure and achieve deadlines.
- Must be computer Literate – excellent Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required and adaptability to learn inhouse web-based systems and more, as required

WHAT OTHER DETAILS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS MAKE OUR EYES LIGHT UP, YOU ASK?
- Matric with 5 years' relevant course/qualification advantageous.
- Pneumatic experience advantageous.
- 2-5 years' experience in a Supervisory / leadership role – leading multidisciplined teams.
- Experience in a Warehouse/Production environment, cosmetic machinery advantageous.
- Strong Leadership and Analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Computer literate MS Office, Word/Excel/Power Point.
- Ability to work on in house automation machinery (e.g. bottle filling machines etc)
