Role Description
This full-time, on-site Financial and Insurance (F&I) Manager position is located at Rola Toyota Somerset West. The F&I Manager will be responsible for structuring finance deals, providing expert advice on various financing and insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing customer applications efficiently. Additionally, the role involves securing vehicle finance approvals, processing loan agreements, and ensuring a smooth handover process for customers. The F&I Manager will also develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and offer exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in finance processes, vehicle financing, and insurance products.
- Proven sales skills, negotiation capabilities, and the ability to meet targets effectively.
- Keen understanding of compliance requirements and industry regulations related to vehicle finance and insurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients and financial institutions.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools to manage applications and approvals is advantageous.
- Relevant qualification in finance, business, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar F&I role within the automotive sector is highly desirable.
