Extrusion Operator
Piranha Hose Products is looking for Extrusion operators. Duties and responsibilities would likely include the following but other duties may be assigned.
· Set up and monitor extruder according to engineering specifications.
· Set up and monitor Ink Jet Printers properly.
· Load and measure colorant hoppers to proper ratio.
· Adjust and monitor temperature instruments.
· Dis-assemble and assemble tooling for cleaning and maintenance.
· Accurately mark splices in hose.
· Accurately uses measuring tools for hose specifications.
· Maintain organization neatness in work center.
This is full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 2nd or 3rd shift but may be subject to alter due to demand. Training may also be on 1st shift but will transfer to other shifts.
