Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Sales Coordinator role based in 10th of Ramadan City. The Export Sales Coordinator will support international sales operations by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing export orders in line with company policies and timelines. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal departments (sales, logistics, production, and finance) to ensure accurate documentation, timely shipment, and compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves maintaining up-to-date records of orders and shipments, tracking delivery status, and resolving operational issues with customers and freight forwarders. The Export Sales Coordinator will also assist in market research, follow up on leads, prepare sales reports, and contribute to building strong relationships with international clients and partners.
Qualifications

  • Strong export operations and coordination skills, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and documentation handling (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
  • Knowledge of international trade practices, Incoterms, customs procedures, and basic logistics concepts.
  • Proficiency in communication and customer service, with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to international clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Competence in using office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and ERP or CRM systems).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams.
  • Relevant experience in export sales, international trade, or supply chain coordination is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory professional conduct.
