We are partnering with a fast-growing Egyptian company operating in the medical and aromatic plants sector, founded by a group of experienced investors with strong backgrounds in agriculture, food industries, and agro-manufacturing. With a clear vision to become a regional and global leader, this is a unique opportunity to join a high-potential venture at an exciting stage of growth and expansion.
We are currently looking for a qualified Export manager to be part of this ambitious journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export strategies to achieve the company's sales targets and revenue goals in international markets.
- Manage the full export cycle including inquiries, quotations, order processing, shipping, and documentation.
- Develop and expand international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, Organic, FDA, EU regulations, etc.).
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and shipping documents.
- Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and logistics arrangements with clients and freight forwarders.
- Participate in international exhibitions and trade fairs when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in exporting aromatic plants or agriculture products.
- Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and international shipping processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple international accounts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong network of international buyers in the herbs and spices market.
- Experience in organic and certified products export is highly preferred.
