Greenya Egypt for Export is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team.
📍 Location: 6 October , Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
- Prepare and process payment runs (bank transfers, checks, etc.).
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation.
- Ensure invoices are properly approved and comply with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and AP reporting.
- Support audits by providing required AP documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and the AP cycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
