Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fire Alarm Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire alarm systems to ensure they meet safety standards and comply with local and national codes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems
- Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
- Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with NFPA codes and local regulations
- Communicate findings clearly with clients and team members
- Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs when needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in fire alarm inspection, installation, or related field required
- Knowledge of NFPA 72 and fire safety codes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Clean background/ drivers license
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders and work in various environments
- Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
