What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced and Reliable: Minimum of 3+ years in baking bread.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
- Flexible & Committed: Must be willing to work shifts – including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to follow set guidelines and recipes as well as train other team members.
- Perform under pressure: Able to work in a production environment and consistently meet deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
- South African Citizen living in Johannesburg, Randburg, Sandton and surrounding areas.
- Male Candidate
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- Certificate in Baking or Confectionery will be an added advantage.
- Clear criminal and credit record with contactable references.
