We’re a fast-growing short-term property management company managing listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms. With 30–40 virtual team members across guest operations, onboarding, accounting, utilities, and landlord support, our business runs on coordination, clarity, and speed.
Our CEO leads the vision, but needs a sharp, organized Executive Personal Assistant to keep daily operations flowing smoothly. This role exists to bring structure, protect focus, and make sure priorities turn into action.

What You’ll Do
Own the CEO’s Day
Manage calendars, appointments, calls, and daily priorities so time is used intentionally and effectively.
Be the Communication Gatekeeper
Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO with clarity, professionalism, and urgency.
Turn Questions into Answers
Conduct research on business, operations, or industry topics and prepare clear summaries or reports.
Support Personal & Business Tasks
Handle personal errands and projects that free up the CEO’s time and mental space.
Be the Connector
Coordinate with team leaders and departments, acting as the bridge between the CEO and the wider team.
Keep Work Organized
Use tools like Todoist to track tasks, follow-ups, and priorities, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Stay One Step Ahead
Monitor industry trends in short-term rentals and flag insights that support smarter decisions.
Collaborate for Flow
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient execution across departments.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Hospitality or short-term rental experience (strong plus)
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Clear, confident written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable using task tools, Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Fast learner with a proactive, solutions-first mindset
- Flexible and calm when priorities shift
- Familiarity with short-term property management (a plus)
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (UK time)
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM (UK time)
- Sunday: 1–2 hours for urgent tasks
