The Mandate: What You Will Own
As General Manager, you will operate as the strategic and operational leader of the business, with full accountability for performance, people, and brand execution:
- End-to-end P&L ownership, ensuring sustained profitability and disciplined financial management
- Strategic and operational leadership across all business functions
- Acceleration of growth across sales, aftersales, and overall brand performance
- Development and leadership of a high-calibre, performance-driven team
- Elevation of the customer journey to world-class premium and luxury standards
- Strengthening and expanding the market position within South Africa
